Luna Collections does not offer returns or exchanges for standard website products, one - off products, or products purchased at a market. This includes products purchased from our online drops - so please ensure you purchase knowing your correct ring size !

For custom - made rings, please make sure you have your correct ring size before ordering - sizes are in each rings description. If you order the wrong size, please contact Lizzie (lizzie.stokely@me.com) to see if you can exchange your ring for the correct size *this is not a guarantee! Some cannot be resized.
